It’s a perfect, budget-friendly setup for kids or close-knit friends. Just a short stroll to the sand and a quick drive to the Newport venues. Authentic beach living!

The space

Our ground-floor retreat is laid out for convenience and communal living.

Main Bedrooms: Two traditional, spacious bedrooms provide comfort for couples.

The Tandem Suite: Located at the rear, this converted den serves as a 3rd and 4th bedroom area. These rooms are compact and separated by a sliding partition, making them a great "nest" for children or a high-value sleeping option for extra guests who don't mind a cozier, shared layout.

Living Area: Open-concept kitchen and lounge with direct access to the walk-out deck for pond views.

Location: An easy walk to First Beach; 5 minutes to downtown Newport.

A welcoming, family-friendly spot that blends seaside calm with lively dining and activities nearby.

House rules

We strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings that cause a nuisance or disturb neighbors, and the town strictly enforces quiet hours starting at 9 pm with ticketing and fines.

The "cleaning" fee includes both cleaning and linens for all beds. There are three parking spots for this rental.
