This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of First Beach (Easton's Beach), shops, and restaurants. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, an extra room with 2 double beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. The apartment has a separate parking area and entrance from the upstairs unit.

The space

This is a first-floor apartment in a multi-family unit that has 2 standard bedrooms and an additional smaller bedroom in the back that is split into 2 separate areas, each with a bed and a sliding door separating each side (so it has 4 sleeping spaces/rooms)

The neighbourhood

Our property is only a short walk to First Beach, a walk to the Cliff Walk and various restaurants, and a VERY short drive to downtown Newport and the Newport Mansions.

Easton's Point is situated on the southern tip of Middletown, which is a part of Aquidneck Island. It is located just to the east of Newport. Easton's Point and Tuckerman Avenue are well-known for their stunning views of the coastline of Easton Bay. They are also known for being in close proximity to several beaches, including Easton Beach, Second Beach and Third Beach.

House rules

We strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings that cause a nuisance or disturb neighbors, and the town strictly enforces quiet hours starting at 9 pm with ticketing and fines.

Guest access

Walk to beach, restaurants. Access to outdoor covered deck as well as outdoor seating area with grill.

Interaction with guests

As needed. We may or may not see guests during their stay; however, they are easy to contact as needed.

Other things to note

The "cleaning" fee includes both cleaning and linens for all beds. There are three parking spots for this rental.
