1 Bathroom Our cottage is an excellent rental for visiting the Newport area. It has one bedroom and also has a pull-out couch. The property can host two adults and two kids under age 12. It is very close to First Beach (Easton's Beach) and local shops and restaurants: full bath, washer & dryer, outdoor shower. We offer nightly & weekly rentals. Separate parking from other units on the property. It's an excellent getaway for a couple with or without kids.
The property is a multi-family that has a main house with two apartments. This cottage is behind the main house with a separate entrance and parking but on the same property and shares the driveway. It has one bedroom and its own kitchen, living area and bathroom. It is an excellent place to stay for couples or small families.
Our property is only a short walk to First Beach, a walk to the Cliff Walk and various restaurants, and a VERY short drive to downtown Newport and the Newport Mansions.
Easton's Point is situated on the southern tip of Middletown, which is a part of Aquidneck Island. It is located just to the east of Newport. Easton's Point and Tuckerman Avenue are well-known for their stunning views of the coastline of Easton Bay. They are also known for being in close proximity to several beaches, including Easton Beach, Second Beach and Third Beach.
We strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings that cause a nuisance or disturb neighbors, and the town strictly enforces quiet hours starting at 9 pm with ticketing and fines.
As needed. We may or may not see guests during their stay; however, they are easy to contact as needed.
