Escape to our intimate, private cottage — a cozy 600 sq ft hideaway ideal for solo travelers or couples. Located behind the main apartments, the cottage offers peaceful privacy with its own outdoor seating area and a refreshing attached outdoor shower. The bright living space is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and relaxation, with a compact kitchen and a snug sleeping area that feels like your own seaside retreat. Designated parking is provided on the property, and the oceanfront beach is an easy walk away. Enjoy quiet mornings on the patio, an evening stroll to the shore, and the convenience of being close to downtown dining and attractions while returning to your private space.

The neighbourhood

Our property is only a short walk to First Beach, a walk to the Cliff Walk and various restaurants, and a VERY short drive to downtown Newport and the Newport Mansions.

Easton's Point is situated on the southern tip of Middletown, which is a part of Aquidneck Island. It is located just to the east of Newport. Easton's Point and Tuckerman Avenue are well-known for their stunning views of the coastline of Easton Bay. They are also known for being in close proximity to several beaches, including Easton Beach, Second Beach and Third Beach.

No smoking inside; outdoor smoking only in designated areas.
Pets: not allowed unless pre‑approved.
Parking: use only your assigned/ designated spot; do not block driveways.
Leave the property in reasonable condition; remove trash to bins.
Guests are responsible for damage or extra cleaning fees.
