5 Bathrooms This is a 3-story, 2-unit beach home and a 1-bedroom cottage (total of 3 units) with a maximum capacity of 2 adults per bedroom. It has water views and is very close to the ocean. In addition to being close to 1st Beach (Easton's Beach), it is within walking distance of local shops/restaurants. The property has 1st floor and 2nd floor decks. There is also access to an outdoor picnic area with a grill. Perfect if you are looking for a beach getaway with friends and family.
There are two apartments in the main house- one is on the first floor, and the second one includes the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms.
- 2 bathrooms on the first floor, one bathroom on the 2nd floor, and one on the 3rd floor.
The first-floor apartment has two standard bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms in the back area of the house, each with a bed and a sliding door separating each side (so it has four sleeping spaces/rooms)
The upstairs apartment has four standard bedrooms as well, two on the 2nd floor and two on the 3rd floor.
There is also a cottage separate from the main house but on the same property and shares the driveway. It has one bedroom and its kitchen, living area and bathroom.
Our property is only a short walk to First Beach, a walk to the Cliff Walk and various restaurants, and a VERY short drive to downtown Newport and the Newport Mansions.
Easton's Point is situated on the southern tip of Middletown, which is a part of Aquidneck Island. It is located just to the east of Newport. Easton's Point and Tuckerman Avenue are well-known for their stunning views of the coastline of Easton Bay. They are also known for being in close proximity to several beaches, including Easton Beach, Second Beach and Third Beach.
We strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings that cause a nuisance or disturb neighbors, and the town strictly enforces quiet hours starting at 9 pm with ticketing and fines.

Our property is perfect for family gatherings, friend get-togethers, and weddings in Newport. The property has a total of 10 parking spots.
